To ensure that every clients requirements is fulfilled 100% through utilization of our extensive experience and research, if you are not 100% happy with the service you receive then you are invited to let us know why within 7 days, complete our “not a happy-chappy form” and have us completely redo the service.

Beauty Avenue: Helping You

To receive the absolute most from your treatment we ask that:

- children under the age of 10 not be bought into the salon
- 24 hours notice (48 hours for packages and treatments over 2 hours and packages) is given for cancellation of an appointment (otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service booked will be charged)
- that you try and come a few minutes early for your appointment to relax and “set the mood” to gain maximum benefit of your experience.
