Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are redeemable within 1 year from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers can only be used for services at the salon, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.

It must be made known that payment will be made by voucher at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of the treatment. Please note that you do not have use the full value of your vouchers during one session.

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. 48 hours notice is required on treatment lasting longer than 2 hours. Failure to give the required notice will result in your gift voucher being voided.

Lost vouchers can not be replace.
