Opening Hours

You can enjoy the fact that your salon is open late four evenings a week  and all day on Saturdays for your convenience. Let us be at your beck and call!

Tuesday - Friday
10am - 8pm

Saturday
10am - 5pm

We always try to offer our clients the very best service and in keeping with this we are able to send a email reminder to you the day before your appointment. You can even keep the message on your email so you know when your appointment is. This is a hugely popular service with our clients and they have told us how nice it is to get a quick little reminder the day before their appointment. Please enjoy this extra level of service.

 

Cancellations

We do require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments and 48 notice to cancel any packages otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service booked will be charged. When you book an appointment at  beauty & holistic avenue, unlike other salons, we set that time and therapist aside just for you. We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late notice it inconveniences the many other clients that are on a waiting list to get in.
 

All treatments over 2 hours long a 50% deposit is required, this can be done by coming into the salon to make your booking and paying 50% of the treatment and then when you come in for your appointment you only need to pay the other half. Any booking over the phone we can take your credit card details and when you come in for your treatment we delete the details and you can pay for the treatments as you wish. If less than 24 hours notice is given (or 48 hours for a package) then we will charge the 50% to your credit card and then when completed delete all the details. If you have paid cash the charge has been already taken so there would be no extra cost.

 

Kids Free Zone

We love kids but......In order to ensure that all our clients receive the absolute most from their treatment we ask that children under the age of 10 years not be bought into the salon. Many of our clients use their time with us to escape the pressure of family and truly unwind. It is not fair on clients if they are trying to enjoy a treatment and another clients child is detracting from their experience. Further, we have hot wax and electrical equipment that may pose a safety risk for small children.

If you have children and are unable to arrange care during the day, make the most of our evening appointments and all day Saturday trading to give yourself a break from the kids, and kick back and enjoy a bit of “you” time.

At Beauty Avenue you’ll feel completely relaxed so you can unwind in our child free environment. We love kids but what we love more is our many many clients that are mums & dads relishing a little time out!
