Card Capture: Due to an increase of new clients not showing for appointments, we have had to start implementing Card Capture to all our online bookings. This is a completely safe process where the credit card company Square, stores the details securely. Ourselves or the booking system do not have access to this. No money is taken unless our cancelation policy is broken, of 24 hours’ notice of a cancelation or 48 hours of a cancelation of treatments over 2 hours. In this situation a 50% cancelation fee will be actioned via square.

To choose your therapist, click on the treatment you want and you can choose from the drop down on that treatment first available, which gives you the first available appointment with any therapist or if you click that box you can choose the therapist you wish to have the treatment with.
