Privacy Statement
At Eco Skin Clinic we take your privacy seriously. We only use your information to provide services to you that you have requested and give you information regarding treatments and products available here at the salon. Any medical information your therapist will hold and will only be used by them in connection with your appointment and will be stored safely. The correct medical information is necessary for us to carry out your appointment safely. We never pass your information on to third parties.

From time to time we would like to send you details of offers that we may run or event we may hold. We also send you appointment reminders via text and email.

We are required by UK law to keep basic personal information such as name, address, date of birth etc and medical details for 6 years.

If at any point you believe the information we hold is incorrect you may request to see this information, and have it corrected or deleted.

Website
We never give your details to third parties and we do not bombard you with emails, we just let you know any news, offers and events. We use wix website that does operate cookies to keep our website safe.
Booking System
Most of our clients love our online booking system. This allows you to book your appointments online 24/7.
When doing this or when booking through us we need details to know its you for next time. We need your first and last name, mobile telephone number and/or email address. From this the system will send out a confirmation email of the booking, a reminder the day before and a thank you email where you can let us know any feedback (good or bad!).
You can opted out of this or choose just email or just text message or both.
All out new client form have this option at the bottom, so for regular clients we have a mini form so you can too.

Appointment Reminders
We always try to offer our clients the very best service and in keeping with this we are able to send a email reminder to you the day before your appointment. You can even keep the message on your email so you know when your appointment is. This is a hugely popular service with our clients and they have told us how nice it is to get a quick little reminder the day before their appointment. Please enjoy this extra level of service.
Booking Fee
During busy days or times, longer treatments and new clients a booking fee maybe charged. This will be emailed to you by the therapist you have booked with. If the cancellation policy is not followed you may lose this fee as a cancelation fee. If the notice is given to change an appointment, the fee can be transferred to the next appointment.

Card Capture
Due to an increase of new clients not showing for appointments, we have had to start implementing Card Capture to all our online bookings. This is a completely safe process where the credit card company Square, stores the details securely. Ourselves or the booking system do not have access to this. No money is taken unless our cancelation policy is broken, of 24 hours’ notice of a cancelation or 48 hours of a cancelation of treatments over 2 hours. In this situation a 50% cancelation fee will be actioned via square.

Cancellations
We do require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments and 48 notice to cancel for treatments over 2 hours, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service booked will be charged or if on a course of treatments one will be forfeited. We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late notice it inconveniences the many other clients that are on a waiting list to get in.
Kids Free Zone
We love kids but......In order to ensure that all our clients receive the absolute most from their treatment we ask that children under the age of 10 years not be bought into the salon. Many of our clients use their time with us to escape the pressure of family and truly unwind. It is not fair on clients if they are trying to enjoy a treatment and another clients child is detracting from their experience. Further, we have hot wax and electrical equipment that may pose a safety risk for small children. If you have children and are unable to arrange care during the day, make the most of our evening appointments and all day Saturday trading to give yourself a break from the kids, and kick back and enjoy a bit of “you” time. At Eco Skin Clinic you’ll feel completely relaxed so you can unwind in our child free environment. We love kids but what we love more is our many many clients that are mums & dads relishing a little time out!
